When can I use a simple will?

A simple will is not a legally defined term. Its just a common sense / commercial term.

It means for example, a will that does not have a testamentary trust, does not have to manage potential claimants, and deals with a simple set of circumstances. 

We can do these for you for our fixed fee of $400 per peson.
