For clients who elect to use our investment and portfolio management services for 24 months we will organise at no cost to the client a review by Ascendia Lawyers to review the SMSF deed to ensure it is up to date. How old is your deed? We will also update the deed with a new / amended deed at no cost to the client - as required.
We will provide full administration services to organise the rollover of your superannuation to your new fund when you utilise our super portfolio management services for 24 months. We will do this at a low fixed administrative cost.
Where clients use our portfolio management services we can provide on request the written SMSF Investment Strategy on an annual basis at no additional cost to the trustees. This is a service that many trustees have to organise for themselves at a cost of $199 to $300 each year.
If you use our portfolio investment management services for a complete financial year we will provide at no cost to you a comprehensive file of all substantiation records for provision to your super auditor - no more paperwork for you!
Clients who take up our portfolio management services for 24 months at our standard advertised rate as per this web site can have us prepare a Statement of Investment advice at no cost to them.
Legal work to establish the Self Managed Super Fund undertaken at no cost to the client > Available to all new clients taking up our portfolio management services.
