Ascendia provides the normal company annual return review and lodgement service that you would expect from a full service accounting firm. We are also able to review and amend annual returns as required, to amend any errors or problems that we may find with the registration details, including:

• Out of date address or contact details

• Incorrect Directors/old Directors registered

• Incorrect shareholders/old shareholders registered

• Incorrect amount, number or type of shares registered as issued.

As part of this service we store your company and trust registers on our premises and are able to scan, store and forward these as required.  We can also assist you with the preparation of minutes and other company and trust register maintenance requirements, and help you to keep your register up to date and in compliance with the relevant legal requirements.

Our service extends to the creation of companies and trusts, registration of ABN, TFN and opening of bank accounts as required.
