  • Preparation of comprehensive financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, unit trusts, self managed super funds etc. for both tax and business accounting purposes in accordance with the relevant standards

  • Valuation of businesses [for sale and purchase] including due diligence investigations and reporting. Our experience is across a number of business types including:
    • management rights/resort management/permanent apartment management
    • licensed builders: multiple project
    • engineering firms and consultancies
    • manufacturing businesses
    • agricultural ventures including cattle, dairy, chicken, crops etc.

  • Provision of interim financial statements for commercial purposes including applications for bank finance, legal proceedings including property settlement etc.

  • Multiple years/late returns and problem-solving including negotiation with the Australian Taxation Office of outstanding tax liabilities including settlements, repayment plans and preparation and lodgement of amended returns

  • BAS and IAS preparation & lodgement in cooperation with you and/or your bookkeeper

  • Annual tax return preparation & lodgement
